JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Closing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the final steps of the solar installation process through phone and Zoom conversations. Your primary goal will be to close solar installation contracts, ensuring that customers are fully informed about the benefits of solar energy and our products and services.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the solar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using Zoom and other online meeting tools.
• Comfortable with learning and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Close solar installation contracts with customers over the phone and Zoom.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the products and services we offer.
• Guide customers through the final steps of the solar installation process, including scheduling installation appointments and obtaining necessary paperwork.
• Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize our customer relationship management system to manage and track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and industry trends.
